City Head is our supremo! He/She is the first POC for any city. He/She manages & overlooks all Operations in the city. They are responsible for identifying outlets, extending our tie-ups, ensuring proper training, smooth operations, client success & employee success. In short you can say, a City Head is our CEO for that City.
Now City Head is a full-time job. You see it carries a lot of responsibility and equally a lot of authority. The pay is fixed and you'll love it.
Now when you ask what we look in someone to become the City Head, we would generally look for someone who is either local or is settled in that city, by the virtue of which, they would know the places well. More than that we would want them to be communicative, street-smart and authoritative. C'mon do we need to tell you what a CEO does? If you're the one, the right button is on the left.
Outlet Leader is our Go-To-Person for a particular outlet. There can be multiple OLs in a city for multiple outlets. Their job is to manage and overlook a particular outlet. They are responsible to bring in tie-ups, make sure that the outlet serves the drinks right, the branding stays in place, the customers are happy and everything runs smoothly.
Think of it in a way that the OL represents the brand at the outlet and the vice versa. They have just one job, to make sure that the outlet and the brand are always in sync. The pay is fixed and you'll love it.
Now when you ask what we look in someone to become the Outlet leader, we would generally look for someone who knows the owners, managers and staffs of that outlet well. More than that we would want them to be very energetic, determined to be successful, and able to deal with new or difficult situations easily. If you're the one, the right button is on the left.
Event Leader is our charmer. We are hiring one EL for one city. He/She manages our MIX3D CULTURE events which are the openers for a particular outlet. He/She brings in the crowd, gets people to experience the drinks and is basically the star of the show.
He/She is responsible to bring in more events and collaboration to promote the brand at multiple locations. Event Leader is basically the PR person for the city. He/She works closely with the City Head to bring in more collaboration opportunities and get stuff done. He/She is basically the bridge between the audience, the brand and the outlet. The pay is fixed and you'll love it.
Now when you ask what we look in someone to become the Event leader, we would generally look for someone who knows the crowd, the people and has managed events before. More than that we would want them to be very energetic, communicative, and able to deal with last-minute arrangements. If you're the one, the right button is on the left.
Ambassadors are the face for the city! Their only responsibility is to drive in more traffic to the outlets by promoting the brand on their channels online and offline. The ambassadors manage walk-in sales and online sales. They also become the face for promotional activities in the city, like ad shoots, event promotions and anything that will come to our minds later on.
They are also responsible for bringing in strategies to promote the sales and bring in awareness around the brand's ideology in their markets. It's not a full-time job but it's purely incentive based. The pay is good and the incentives, even better!
Now when you ask what we look in someone to become the Ambassador, we would generally look for someone who loves to communicate, can uphold the brand image and doesn't shy away from reaching out to people. If you're the one, the right button is on the left.
